Update COVID Guidance

Following the publications by the Government and the Bishops Conference Step 4 Guidance Notes, we will begin to ease restrictions in our Church.

Starting 25th July 2021 we ask the following to be observed.

  • Ventilation of Church, windows and doors to be left open.
  • Parishioners are encouraged to sanitise hands on entering and exiting the Church.
  • Seating will be back to pre-pandemic arrangements with the exception of the middle area on the right facing from Altar. That will continue to be roped off for those who wish to socially
  • Parishioners will not be guided to your seat. There will be a choice to where you can sit and social distance.
  • We will return to normal reception of Holy Communion practice. The ushers will guide people one row at a time.
  • Toilets are available by request.
  • Candles may be lit.
  • The chains and ties will be removed except in the designated socially distanced areas.
  • Please exit from the Church by the designated exit doors.

From 10th December 2021

  • Parishioners must unless medically exempt wear face mask while in the church.

All parishioners are asked to exercise responsibility for your actions and cooperate fully with the requirements.

All these regulations are for the health and safety of everyone. If you are displaying any cold or flu symptoms please do not attend Church.
