PARISH RECORDS
Our Lady of Lourdes Parish has a comprehensive record of parishioners on a database, which assists the smooth operation of parish affairs. However it is most important that these records are kept up to date. If you are new to the parish, and if you have not already done so, please complete a Registration Form, which is to be found in a container in the Church foyer.
The form is designed to obtain the minimum required information and it is hoped you will find it self-explanatory.
To maintain correct records it is also important that the following changes are notified in writing to the parish office.1. If you move from the parish or even move within the parish boundaries the records need to be changed.
2. Family changes such as: -§ Births – additions to the family need to be notified for sacramental preparation etc.
§ Marriages
§ Any other relevant details that you may need to change i.e. phone numbers etc.Please remember parish records will only be correct if everyone remembers to supply up to date details.
